Ballet for Beginners
w/ Julie Chapple
6 - 7:30pm

Open level ballet class for adults! No dance experience required. We will cover all the basics starting with proper posture and muscle engagement for healthy turn out. Barre, centre, and intro to jumps and turns. Variations will be available so that everyone can work at their own level. Fun time, pretty arms, and of course, looking dramatically off into the distance.

Contemporary Dance Fundamentals
w/ Maxine Chadburn
7:30pm - 9pm

This course is appropriate for beginners and students with some dance experience. We will cover modern dance techniques, contemporary floorwork, choreography and task based improvisation. Very chill vibes.

This course is designed for those who have never done handstands but want to learn (and for those who do them but are scared!) We will focus on building strength, learning progressions and laughing lots!

Contemporary Dance Fundamentals
w/ Maxine Chadburn
7:30pm - 9pm

This course is appropriate for beginners and students with some dance experience. We will cover modern dance techniques, contemporary floorwork, choreography and task based improvisation. Very chill vibes.

Roll, Release and Stretch
w/ Julie
7:30pm - 9pm

This course begins with fascial release techniques that will relax and rebalance your body, followed by dance and yoga based stretching to improve flexibility and posture, rehab injuries, and reduce chronic pain. Bring a yoga mat and warm workout clothes.
